The videos are in the highest format I could output them, so they'll be big downloads and take a long time to upload, but the end quality will be better.
My suggestion for sharing these videos is to upload them to facebook or youtube or any network you prefer, with a link somewhere to the Freedom424 support page, which is:

For example – in the videos themselves, you'll want to use a short message from you, along with a link in the comment.
Example:
