I woke up one morning and walked outside to found these gorgeous flowers on my table. Isn’t that the nicest thing?! It really made my day.

← •This is the last post from Sleeping Bear Dunes, I swear. But it was one of my favorite parts of our trip, so I had to share. • This is Overlook 9. It has a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan. But the coolest part was that there is a 450 foot dune and the girls and I really wanted to climb it. We kept hearing people talk about how hard it was and the sign sort of scared me too. But after seeing some 20 something’s climb up it in about 10 minutes, I decided that the girls and I should try it. 😬 Worst case it would take us an hour or so. • We did it and in less that 20 minutes! I was so amazed at my strong little girls. They each set their own pace and did so amazing.
•We crossed over the longest suspension bridge in the Western Hemisphere while pulling, Bertie, our beloved travel trailer to Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The bridge was 5 MILES long! • We stayed in the cute little town of St. Ignace and had the best time exploring the area. •And we learned that it is always “mackinaw” even with with c. →
