← I had the best time doing my first CrossFit competition with this awesome woman yesterday! She was so upbeat and encouraging and made my first experience with competition such a positive one. This was totally out of my comfort zone but I’m so glad that I did it! And surprised that I actually had a good time! Thanks to @jamersoncrossfit, and all the coaches and volunteers for all their hard work!
I PR’d my clean at 150lbs too! →
