About two times a month we send out updates in our newsletter about what we're doing. We'll be creating our own resources on how to get more out of your family time, so sign up to be notified when they're finished.
We love family time, and though sometimes that means we have more mess than we'd like, we want to share our journey with you. Follow along as we share our favorite experiments and experiences as we try to make every moment count.
Though the days are long, the years are short.
This might be the shortest video we've ever produced. Coming in at just over 7 minutes, you can watch the entire thing while waiting for your eggs to boil (or something else in that time frame). Anyway, In this video, we went to Canyonlands National Park, and hiked Whale Rock. Whale Rock was SO FUN. The kids were free to scramble up the rocks, so that's exactly what they did.
Bonus was that at the top of Whale Rock, you had a FULL 360 degree view of Canyonlands. This place is stunning. Thanks for watching! Please give the video a thumbs up if you enjoyed it!Read More
Arches is such a magical place. When you drive through it you feel like you are on another planet. • We didn’t get a chance to hike to all of the arches, but we did get to do a whirlwind tour of quite a few. (Swipe to see them all). • Fun fact: is the longest arch on the planet! • 1) Turret Arch and Window Arch. 2) Double Arch 3) The Three Gossips 4) Landscape Arch 5) The La Sal Mountains
“One of the greater freedoms in life is simply not caring what everyone else thinks of you. Sometimes you need to step outside, get some air, and remind yourself of who you are and who you want to be. The best thing you can do is follow your heart. Take risks. Don’t just accept the safe and easy choices because you are afraid of what others will think, or afraid of what might happen. Don’t let small minds convince you that your dreams are too big. They aren’t.” ~ Angel Chernoff • Read this quote the other day from @runwithtara and I LOVED it! • I still can’t believe that we are living our dream. Still working on the not caring what others think part 🤷🏻♀️. (We are always a work in progress, right?). But taking the risk to get here wasn’t easy. • Also grateful for all the people that went before us and put forth the hard work of sharing their journey to show us that this crazy life could be done! @keepyourdaydream @lessjunkmorejourney @knorpp_and_south •
In this episode we visit Arches National Park, home of the picturesque Delicate Arch (which we saw at sunset), Balanced Rock, Landscape Arch and many more. This place has 2,000 natural stone arches. The two days we spent visiting were not enough to scratch the surface. We hope you enjoy this video of our visit!Read More
