Our Life On Purpose

We have 940 Saturdays until our kids graduate from high school and go on to college. That's 18 summers to make the most of our time with them.

Every year, we make resolutions to be intentional. Eat less, exercise more, get up earlier etc. We want to live our life on purpose, be intentional about parenting and being together and make family our favorite thing.

About two times a month we send out updates in our newsletter about what we're doing. We'll be creating our own resources on how to get more out of your family time, so sign up to be notified when they're finished.

Our Life

We love family time, and though sometimes that means we have more mess than we'd like, we want to share our journey with you. Follow along as we share our favorite experiments and experiences as we try to make every moment count.

Though the days are long, the years are short.

Merry Christmas from our family to yours!

If you are following our video journey, check out our last video from Northern Utah!…if not, stayed tuned for our next photo stop which was Moab, Utah. Possibly one of the most beautiful places we have visited so far. • By the way, do you watch YouTube for entertainment? I didn’t until we were getting ready to hit the road. Then I realized there is so much good content out there! We will link to our favorite channels in our next newsletter, so be sure to subscribe @ www.hinson.co/newsletter! If you do watch Youtube, what channels do you watch? Comment below we’d love to check them out! • –

One of the coolest parts of our time in Heber City was getting the chance to meet and hang out with several other cool full-time RV families! • It was so fun to sit around a fire and talk and instantly become friends. Our kids really enjoyed having so many playmates too. • The funny thing is I am actually really introverted when it comes to meeting new people and it often freaks me out. (Like I hide inside while Joseph talks to people🤓🤫). But it was awesome how quickly we could all talk and find things in common! • Hopefully we will see each other on the road again someday! •

I’m so grateful that we are getting to live this crazy travel life and see God’s beautiful creation together. • I know that none of us can really grasp the true amazingness of what we are living right now. I just hope and pray that we all look back and know that we lived this adventure to the fullest and that we have grown not only as a family but also as individuals. •

Long haul through Texas today. Drove 600 miles in one day, which was long, but nice to preserve the downtime of the weekend and not drive tomorrow.

Heber City was our first stop in Utah. It was such a beautiful area with an absolutely stunning landscape….Especially in October. • We ended up heading to this part of Utah after getting a recommendation from a friend we met at my Vacation Race in South Dakota. Thanks @ultralight007! We LOVED the area! • This is another super cool part of the rv lifestyle! Being able to switch things up and go to cool places even if they weren’t planned!! •
