← This girl! Oh man, she is SO BRAVE, SO STRONG, SO DETERMINED that I often wonder if I am strong enough to be her mother. But, today she asked me to take her to a CrossFit class and she did so awesome! This is her learning how to front squat. I am such a proud mama! And coach:) @tailaw21 did a great job of coaching her too! She was so excited and proud of herself at the end. @jycrossfit
