After two and a half years of Crossfit my bone density test no longer reflects osteoporosis. In other words, it’s been reversed. I never thought this would happen because I had such a severe case but with a lot of hard work and determination, I’ve done it. Thank you @crossfitcascobay! I had the best time doing my first CrossFit competition with this awesome woman yesterday! She was so upbeat and encouraging and made my first experience with competition such a positive one. This was totally out of my comfort zone but I’m so glad that I did it! And surprised that I actually had a good time! Thanks to @jamersoncrossfit, and all the coaches and volunteers for all their hard work!
