Our Blog

We love family time, and though sometimes that means we have more mess than we'd like, we want to share our journey with you. Follow along as we share our favorite experiments and experiences as we try to make every moment count.

Though the days are long, the years are short.

This girl! Oh man, she is SO BRAVE, SO STRONG, SO DETERMINED that I often wonder if I am strong enough to be her mother. But, today she asked me to take her to a CrossFit class and she did so awesome! This is her learning how to front squat. I am such a proud mama! And coach:) @tailaw21 did a great job of coaching her too! She was so excited and proud of herself at the end. @jycrossfit
